This position is remote to start, but will be based in Stockton in Spring 2021. Applicants must live in the Stockton area.

Requirements: Must be able to sit/stand for long periods of time, lift a minimum of 20 lbs. Must be able to read, write and speak in grammatically correct English and Spanish (fluently). Reasonable accommodations can be made for disabled applicants. Minimum of 6 months of experience in Workers' Compensation law.

Job Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt

Salary: $22.00 /hour plus benefits. Total Comp package with benefits is approximately $50,000 annually, overtime available.

Pacific Workers' has an immediate opening for a Case Manager for our new Stockton office to join one of our Attorney Case Management teams.

The Basic Job Duties of the position are as follows:

Client communication via phone, text, and email

Scheduling medical appointments for clients

Maintaining the team calendar including scheduling appointments and other activities for the Attorney and Case Manager

Communicating case status to clients

Drafting and Proof-Reading general correspondence and court documents

This position is very busy and Case Managers spend a considerable amount of their day on the phones and interacting with clients, insurance adjusters, defense attorneys, and court personnel.
