Retail Sales Manager

As a retailer of timeless classics, we are dedicated to providing superior service and a distinctive shopping experience. Wildflower Women offers the finest fashion apparel for women & children along with accessories, jewelry and beauty. In addition to our headquarters located in Orcutt Ca, we operate 5 sister locations located in Los Olivos, Pismo Beach, San Luis Obispo and Paso Robles.

We are currently looking for a full-time Store Manager to join our team. Our ideal Boutique Manager should poses strong leadership, enthusiasm, self-motivation, organization, and a primarily focus of generating sales. This position is responsible for the day to day oppositions including but not limited to:

- Sales: Achieving sales targets and profitability goals

- Customer service: Ensuring the Wildflower standards of customer service

- Inventory: Managing inventory levels and replenishment

- Staffing: Recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining staff

- Networking: Networking with local community chambers and influential organizations

- Operations: Ensuring that tasks run smoothly and that the boutique complies with guidelines

-Direct Client Outreach through company communication platform to promote repeat client interaction

If you have prior retail experience, love fashion, have a passion for customer service & assisting in helping women of all ages feel and look their best we would love to speak with you. 2 years prior Retail Management required.
