Administrative Coordinator

We're looking for a proactive, “batteries-included” Administrative Coordinator to work closely with our Beautiful Feet Books management team. The successful candidate will have strong organizational, time management, and administrative skills.

This is for full-time in-person work at our brand new location at The Co-Op building in Atascadero.

Other assets we’re looking for:

2+ years in administrative/customer service position.

Growth attitude – you love to embrace new opportunities and make things happen, and you thrive in a fast-paced, constantly-evolving environment.

Adaptable and flexible, with a sense of humor.

Proactive and resourceful – you take initiative, use the resources of our full team, don’t wait around.

Detail-oriented planner – you look ahead and stay on top of things.

Personable, energetic, and fun to work with.

You’ll be responsible for:

Team Support·

Helping our management team stay focused on our big picture. Sometimes that means running down details or taking a few of their tasks each week. Runner!

Making sure the public areas in our beautiful new office looks top shape for all our visitors and guests

Interfacing with vendors that need to make building and/or equipment repairs (ie printers, AV) or deliver a requested service

Overseeing the organization of our weekly company sponsored “team lunch” for all our staff

Scheduling meeting reservations for our big, beautiful conference room.

Processing and distributing the mail.

Interfacing with project updates through our Project Management software (Monday).

Accounting Support·

Overseeing the A/P for the company. Getting approvals, writing the checks.

Recommending and setting up a good practice of how you think these accounting tasks can be accomplished efficiently.

Providing general HR support.

Meeting Days

Attend all key company meetings to become knowledgeable and aware of all the great stuff going on – your ideas are welcome!

Making sure the conference room is reserved and any equipment that is needed is in place.

Provide follow-up notes and action items from the meeting.

Back-Up Phone Coverage·

Phone interaction with customers and vendors.
