Our client is seeking 2 HR professionals to manage each of their offices. Responsibilities include:

-Overseeing the hiring process.

-Identifying and managing training needs and initiatives, and using performance data to improve programs.

-Compensation and benefits.

-Analyzing and adjusting policies to ensure compliance with legal requirements and create competitive programs.

-Developing and implementing policies and procedures, and overseeing annual performance reviews.

-Helping to develop and organize the company's culture.

-Acting as a link between management and employees, handling questions, interpreting contracts, and helping resolve problems.
