Lead Catering Chef- Field to Table Events

We are looking for passionate and culinary creative individuals to join our catering team. We are looking for individuals who will supervise, coordinate and participate in activities of cooks and other kitchen personnel engaged in preparing and cooking foods in the commercial kitchen and fully prepping and leading events in both Santa Barbara & San Luis Obispo Counties. We average about 4-5 high end weddings per week with international flavors. This can be a physically demanding job so we need applicants who are able to withstand that.
Position: Full Time Lead Catering Chef: $25 per hour to start DOE, + overtime & possible gratuities. There is possibility for a higher starting wage depending on experience.
Carpool to and from events will be set up as we do not expect you to drive yourself (situationally)
Requirements:
1. Must have previous Fine Dining Back of House Experience.
2. Ensure a clean and tidy appearance, adhering to our uniform requirements.
3. Must be available Saturdays.
4. Ability to tow a trailer or willing to learn to tow is not a requirement but definitely a plus!
5. Must be able to problem solve and lead a team of 4-5 kitchen support staff.
