LOCAL Construction Technicians Needed Starting TODAY - Retail Outlet Refresh. 10-15 Day Project. San Francisco

Calling all Skilled Tradespeople!

We're looking to fill positions for qualified construction technicians to join our team on a fast-paced renovation/refresh project at a commercial retail property. This project is expected to last approximately 10 days with the potential for continued work at additional locations upon completion

The Job:

This is an overnight position. Shifts from 6pm - 6am (only 8 hours worked)

This position requires versatility in construction experience to include the following tasks:

LVT Flooring Installation: Expertise in laying vinyl tile (LVT) flooring.

Light Electrical: Ability to handle basic electrical tasks like fixture installation and switch replacements (no permits required).

Drywall: Patching, repairing, and hanging drywall.

Painting: Applying paint to walls and ceilings to level 5 finish.

Fixture Installation: Installing light fixtures, cabinets and other building elements.

The Candidate:

Proven experience in construction with a strong work ethic.

EXPERIENCE

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with safety protocols and construction best practices.

MUST POSSESS TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT

Must possess a valid driver's license or a valid government-issued ID.

Must possess standard OSHA PPE; eye protection, steel toe boots, pants, reflective vests, & hard hat as needed.

Able to navigate technology on smartphone i.e. WhatsApp.

Must possess adequate communication skills.

MUST POSSESS DEPENDABLE TRANSPORTATION.

Must possess tools and equipment.

Must possess dependable transportation.

Able to provide references (1-2 preferred).
