Apprentice Carpenter/Laborer

We are a small construction company based in Marin County, specializing in high-end residential remodels, with most projects located in Southern Marin. Our commitment to quality craftsmanship has earned us a reputation for excellence in the industry.

We are currently hiring an Apprentice Carpenter/Laborer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently without constant supervision.

Responsibilities

Assist with carpentry tasks: framing, installation, and finishing

Perform site preparation, material handling, and clean-up

Operate and maintain tools safely

Follow instructions from lead carpenters and supervisors

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

1 year of experience in high-end residential construction (highly preferred)

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently (req)

Basic knowledge of hand and power tools (req)

Clean DMV record, professional references, and own tools (req)

Compensation and Benefits

$25-$31/hour DOE
