Mechanics wanted at Vintage Race Shop

We are seeking an experienced, full time professional who wants to be a part of our racing team.

We are a well organized racing shop in Hayward that provides vintage racing services including engine building, race prep, full restorations, race support, and transport. We concentrate on purpose-built race cars, from early sports racers to Formula 1 and Can-Am. We have been in business over 25 years and have a consistent and growing customer base. Positions are now available for race mechanics with experience in this industry.

An ideal candidate will have worked at other prep shops or a professional race team. A knowledge of mechanical and automotive fundamentals is essential. As such, you must have your own tools. Please mention your professional experience and mechanical skills in your resume.

Travel will be required. We attend an average of 10 to 15 races per year. About half of these races are held on weekends. Your travel schedule will be a function of your skill set and your abilities.
