Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader

Job Summary: We are looking for a Bilingual Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to lead a two-person residential yard maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, with a proven track record in landscape maintenance and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive company van and navigate route in a safe and timely manner.

Lead a team of maintenance personnel in the upkeep of residential and commercial landscapes.

Communicate effectively with clients and team members in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear understanding

of maintenance schedules and client expectations.

Supervise daily maintenance activities, including lawn care, pruning, fertilizing, weed control and debris clean-up.

Train new team members in proper landscaping maintenance techniques and safety protocols.

Manage inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for scheduled maintenance tasks.

Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during maintenance operations.

Prepare and submit reports on team performance, job completion, and client feedback.

Qualifications:

2 years crew leader experience

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Extensive knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and procedures.

Experience with landscape maintenance equipment and tools.

Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service skills.
