Site Superintendent - Residential Construction

Seeking experienced bags-on site Superintendent.

Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of high-end home construction, from foundation to finish. You don't need to be an expert in all trades; we are looking for a solid builder who has experience running subs in all trades and supervising job sites.

Skills:

- Dialed layout skills. Make sure the finishes and fixtures are insatlled per plan and look great.

- Familiarity with Procore is ideal. Ability to learn Procore (fluency with 2024 technology and communication) is a must.

- RFI and Submittal process fluency

- reading plans and interpreting design intent

- interest in architecture and interior design

- experience with building envelope carpentry: waterproofing, window and door installation

- interest in building science and new developments in building code

- can't be afraid to get your hands dirty
