Skilled HVAC Tech/Installer Needed

CPI Plumbing is looking for an experienced lead HVAC installer to join our team. We are a locally-owned company based in San Jose.

Qualifications

3+ years of HVAC experience

Ability produce high quality work while exceeding productivity goals

Experience in residential HVAC work

Experience in commercial work

Customer service mentality. Must be good with customers

Professional and clean appearance at all times.

English required – both oral & written

Clean DMV record & Valid CA State Driver’s License Required

Must be able to pass a background and drug test

Must have personal tools

Experience using software (e.g. HousecallPro, ServiceTitan)

Must be able to stand, crouch, and climb for long periods of time and carry greater than 45lbs

Ability to occasionally work after hours, over weekends, and on holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year w/ performance bonus

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday

On call

Overtime
