Heavy Equipment Operator

We are a small size , local company doing business in the North Bay since1986. We work in Sonoma, Napa and Lake Counties currently with projects ranging from small boutique wineries to large custom residential projects and just about everything in between. Our employees work in all aspects of civil construction including but not limited to: underground, site work, drainage, paving, demolition and cleanup.

Our ideal candidate has a minimum of four plus years of “in the field experience” with direct knowledge of: JOB SITE SAFETY, heavy equipment operation(track loaders, excavators, backhoe, compaction equipment, ability to read and interpret plans, pipe/conduit assembly, all related hand tools). In addition, our employees perform all aspects of our projects and are not just “in the seat pulling levers”. Literally everything is our job, leaving no stone unturned. Additional requirements: Able to work for any company in the United States, valid CDL(commercial not req.), pre employment drug screen and the ability to arrive/ depart on time to various locations in and around Sonoma, Napa and Lake Counties.
