Plumber - Residential Remodeler Needed

We are a Campbell/San Jose based General Contractor specializing in residential improvements. We are seeking an experienced plumber to join our staff either as an employee OR a 1099 licensed plumber.

Experience in full kitchens, bathrooms, and home additions a plus.

If you have 5+ years of experience in a variety of plumbing tasks ranging from fixing leakages to installing new construction plumbing please forward your resume for immediate consideration.

Responsibilities:

Read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systems

Cut, assemble and install pipes and tubes with attention to new and existing infrastructure

Install and maintain water supply systems

Locate and repair issues with water supply lines

Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets, sinks, toilet, etc.

Install waste disposal and sanitary systems.

Install new plumbing finish plumbing fixtures

Requirements:

Ability to communicate, work as a team, and take direction

Attention to detail at the job site

Must have own tools and reliable transportation

Neat, clean appearance, professional, punctual, and reliable

Must be able to pass a drug test/alcohol test

Must have a valid drivers license

Wage:

All compensation depends on experience.
