High-End, Hands-On, Construction Foreman/Superintendent

We are a customer service-oriented general contracting company. Our goal is to be the single point of contact for all of our exceptional clients’ home needs. From changing a light bulb to excavating for a new garage, we are the only contractor that our clients call.

General contracting firm with proven track record of concierge service for select clients is looking for a unique individual to continue servicing our existing clients and expand our customer base.

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has previously worked in the home service/small projects division of a high-end construction company.

Skills needed to succeed in this position are:

-Understanding that there are high expectations from the client and design team

-Ability to deliver an exceptional product, executed to the highest standards

-Understanding that site protection and an organized environment are key to success

-Willing to preform hands-on work when needed

-Comfortable directing and overseeing that subcontractors meet or exceed standards

-Ability to motivate and time manage company carpenters and labor

-Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

-Proficient with computers and ubiquitous software programs, Buildertrend is a plus.

If you have done this type of work you understand that it is challenging. If you can deliver this type of work you will be paid accordingly. If you can grow the client base that needs this type of service you will make even more money.
