We are a small Construction Company specializing in ADU. We are currently looking for a Journeyman (any trade considered) and skilled labor. We are looking for full time payroll employees. Our job-sites are throughout the Bay Area. This is an opportunity to be a vital member of a growing company!

Experience in at least 2 of the following trades required for Journeyman:

Masonry (Foundation or concrete)

Carpentry (framing or finish work)

Electrical

Plumbing

Requirements:

Reliable transportation

Dependable

Safety-Oriented

Lift at least 60 pounds

Enthusiastic, responsible, reliable, hard worker with a desire

to learn

Payroll only

Compensation:

Journeyman 30.00 to 35.00 per hour to start (depending on experience can make more)

No health benefits at this time

Holiday Pay after 60 days of employment

Working Hours:

8 to 4:30 Monday - Friday
