Smog Technician - Test Only ! COMPETITIVE PAY / FLEXIBLE HOURS

SEEKING SMOG TEST-ONLY TECHNICIAN

Immediate availability for this position. Our Smog Technician will be responsible for performing smog inspection and testing on a variety of vehicles. Our shop is a faced paced environment as we begin to expand our facility, expect a rapid increase in vehicles coming through the shop. You will be expected to adhere to all vehicle safety precautions and protocols.

Qualifications:

Must have State of California Smog Test License

Have a FPR > 0.4

Valid California Driver's license

Deadline and detail oriented

​Responsibilities:

Perform California State Smog test inspection on a variety of vehicles.

Follow All safety precautions and procedures

Check vehicles to ensure compliance with state inspection requirements

Pay would also be dependent on experience. Any relatable experience or hobby related to the automotive field is open for conversation

Requirements:

open schedule - full time preferred, but PART TIME OK

prior shop or customer service experience

friendly/positive attitude toward customers

good verbal communication skills

punctual, dependable, customer service experience

0.4 minimum STAR score

bilingual is a plus!
