Door Pros serves the highest end cliental in the Bay Area giving our Service and Installation Team the best opportunities to generate the most commissions, tips and bonuses in the industry. We are looking for our newest Team Member to join our San Rafael location this month.

Job Description:

- Provide a top-notch customer service and be a positive example for our techs and installers

- Quickly and efficiently diagnose Gate problems to Residential Homeowners and Commercial Customers.

- Be an energetic and positive asset to the Door Pros Team.

- Maintain a clean-cut image to present to our customers day in and day out.

- Be able to work a full-time schedule with overtime (paid) work as needed.

Preference will be given to applicants with the following experience:

A Minimum of 1 Year Residential and/or Commercial Gate Technician Experience

Professional and Honest

Verifiable References

Clean DMV Record

Ability to Pass a Background Screening

What We Offer:

$35-$45 Per Hour Plus Overtime and Commission

Top Techs Average $1,000-1,500 a month in tips (on top of the pay scale)!
