Skilled Laborer / Heavy Equipment Operator

Grading and Excavation Company is searching for a general Laborer. General duties would include, but are not limited to:

Driving to and from Jobsite in a company vehicle (At least a CA Class C drivers license is needed. Class A would be a plus).

Clean driving record a must.

General knowledge of heavy equipment (fueling, greasing, changing out buckets).

Operating heavy equipment a plus.

Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.

Hand digging

Jobsite cleanup (putting tools away and general cleaning of site)

Maintaining hand tools

Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.

Valid Drivers License and SSN number is required.

This is a full time position. Monday through Thursday 7:00am - 5:30pm - Start location is in the Santa Cruz Mountains, 20 min from Hwy 17 and Summit Road Exit.

Compensation is based on prior experience and will increase with Class A and firm understanding and operation of heavy equipment.
