Fast paced high volume shop in Dublin has a rare opportunity due to the retirement of my lead technician after 25 years of service. My compensation program is unique in as it not only pays you a generous commission on labor but parts also.

My Lead Tech made in excess of $100K last year and I will share these numbers with you during our interview. The ideal candidate must be able to verify the ability to perform in excess of 50 labor hour weekly in a 40 hour work week.

You will be expected to perform a wide range of diagnostic repairs, general service and maintenance

Diagnostics using state-of-the-art scan tools

Tire installation, balance & repairs

Heating and air condition service and repairs

Timing, Serpentine belts & hoses

Radiator & engine cooling systems

Battery, starters & charging repairs

Brake & ABS system repairs

Muffler & exhaust system repairs and installation

Accurately perform vehicle safety inspections

Qualifications:

Ability to repair vehicles independently, while also working well within a team

Solid knowledge of auto mechanics brakes, exhaust, suspension & engine diagnostics

Track record of proven high productivity in excess of 50 hours of flat rate weekly

Experience using shop equipment such as lifts, tire changing equipment, Hunter alignment& scan tools

Valid CA drivers license

Ability to service both Foreign & Domestic vehicles
