Job Description:

The finish carpenter is responsible for the successful completion of the jobs assigned to him, including performing projects with a high level of quality and attention to detail. The Finish Carpenter will also maintain good communication with team members, customers and vendors.

Responsibilities include:

-Journeyman finish carpentry with great attention to details.

-Trim finish carpenter with experience in special trim & hardware installation with finesse.

-Understanding all contract documents including plans and specifications.

-Complying with building codes.

-Serving as a role model for carpenters and subcontractors working job-site.

-Insuring that work is done safely and in adherence to company policies.

-Job site protection, and cleanliness.

Minimum Qualification:

-10 years carpentry experience in residential construction

-Prior experience as lead carpenter.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Associate college degree
