Maintenance Technician I & II

Seeking someone with a variety of property maintenance skills who HAS A CAR and owns basic hand tools (specialty tools will be provided for your use.) We do maintenance and construction on properties in San Francisco and the surrounding areas. English speaking/writing is required.

Requirements:

Skilled in multiple trades

Self-sufficient

Hand and power tool proficient

Your own standard power tools and hand tools

Able to lift fifty pounds

Comfortable climbing a thirty foot ladder

Willing to use your vehicle for work purposes (mileage reimbursed). Truck or van a plus!

Speak and write in English fluently

Some of the tasks assigned include:

Carpentry

Light plumbing

Tile

Drywall

Light electrical

Flooring

Painting

Installations

Troubleshooting

You will work independently at various locations but you will have a supervisor you can call if you need assistance.

We are rapidly growing so we are continuously hiring for this position but we have a lot of work orders at this time and we would like to hire at least two technicians who are able to start ASAP. This job is Monday through Friday from 8am until 4:30pm. Punctuality and dependability is a must!
