The Auto Body Paint Prepper is responsible for preparing vehicles for the painting process. This includes tasks such as sanding, masking, and priming surfaces to ensure they are ready for a high-quality paint job. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and experience in auto body preparation.

Responsibilities:

- Assist Paint technician by preparing vehicle and parts for painting using proper techniques, equipment, and materials.

- Remove grease, dirt, paint, or rust from vehicle surfaces.

- Prepare vehicles for the painting process by performing tasks such as sanding, masking, and priming

- Apply paper and masking tape to protect non-painted surfaces.

- Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of paint booths and equipment

Requirements:

- Previous experience in auto painting or related field is preferred

- Mechanical knowledge and ability to use power tools and hand tools effectively

- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision

- Valid driver's license
