Job Description:

As an Esthetician at Feliz Dubois Skin Care, you will provide a variety of skincare services to our clients, ensuring they receive a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. You will work closely with clients to understand their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products. Your role will involve performing facials, be a master of DiamondGlow dermal infusion treatments, have a great understanding of chemical peels and how they work on each individual skin needs, extractions, waxing, taking detailed notes, and other esthetic services while maintaining a clean and professional work environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct skin analysis and consultations to understand clients' skincare needs and concerns.

Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including chemical peels, DiamondGlow Dermal Infusion treatments, lash lifts, and facial tinting.

Provide hair removal services such as waxing.

Recommend and sell skincare products to clients based on their individual needs.

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Keep accurate records of each client’s treatment and progress.

Reach out to all new clients requesting a picture of their skincare products before their first appointment.

Check in with clients after their treatments.

Stay up-to-date with the latest skincare trends, products, and techniques.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service.

Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries, as needed.

Qualifications:

State-licensed Esthetician.

0 to 10 years of experience in a spa or salon setting.

Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and techniques.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Detail-oriented and organized with a professional demeanor.

Passion for the beauty and wellness industry.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
