Hiring PILATES Instructors & GYROTONIC Instructors

We are a highly respected 5 star, busy Pilates and GYROTONIC® studio with a very loyal and dedicated client base.

Work with us in a beautiful and serene environment amongst the Redwood trees in downtown Mill Valley. We have a full studio, surrounded by beautiful redwood trees, a running creek and hiking trails.

We are looking for a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor that appreciates innovation and feel passionate about their craft. We are a movement studio that that believes in creativity and intelligent movement.

GYROTONIC Instructors: We have a roster of privates and duets for fill.

Pilates immediate days of need are Friday and Saturday- not limited too

We are hoping to hire 1 additional Instructor. We have blocks of time available as well as an opportunity with supplementing your schedule with a a few classes or just a few hours- we have pockets for short runs and or longer days as we are waitlisted out.

We offer employee positions with employee benefits ( not independent contractors). Our pay rate is at the highest end of competitive. We value great instructors and invest in them. We have block schedules available ( no need to work at several studios in a day).We have 4 Admin assistants to handle all details of scheduling and client care so that you may focus solely on your craft. Additionally, we offer health benefits to full time employees and matching 401K to all employees

Ideal candidate:

- Pilates Certification: Equipment and apparatus

-Experience with privates and group classes

- Experience with rehab is a grand bonus

- Intelligent, clear verbal cueing, and effective tactile cueing.

- Optimal personal fitness, hygiene and mannerism

We offer a base salary on classes with addition incentive per student, with added incentive for additional students and we are on the highest end of competitive hourly.
