For one, the founder of this company, Michael Dorricott, is one of the most successful Fitness Coaches in the Bay Area himself grossing over $4million in client sign ups since the company formation and logging over 10,000 hours 1-1 with clients himself. His goal is to attract and hire the very best coaches to help our company thrive and prosper to be able to change more lives. The purpose is empowerment and solving the age old problem of human self discipline. This may lead to future AI development as a number of our coaches also have dual careers in engineering and are also passionate about solving this problem :).

ROLE:

Transformation Specialist (TS) manages their own book of transformation & personal training clients. TSs understand that they are more than “trainers”, they are the foundation builders and life changers. A TS must be professional, an effective communicator, and excellent at building rapport. They are also motivated by helping our clients achieve the highest levels of success. TSs understand that the onboarding process itself is a choreographed experience that should have the customer excited to do the work to transform.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships

Move all clients through the proper stages of their transformation via TS protocols throughout the 12 weeks

Maintain a clear, up to date program/data tracking on each client

Follow up diligently and consistently with clients in regards to their program to hold them accountable

Document all important interactions with all clients in their spreadsheet

Educate clients using our educational lessons from an expert perspective weekly

Allow the Director of Sales to shadow sessions and give feedback

Available at minimum but more is better mornings m-f 5-9a or evenings m-f 4-9p.

Use both internal and external resources to maintain up-to-date knowledge of our industry

Collaborate with the team to formulate ideas on how to best serve our clients

Be mindful of any emerging patterns of negative feedback from clients and report to management

Collaborate with team to ensure smooth transitions from program to program and beyond

RESULTS:

All clients data are tracked, at minimum 10 data points from this list: weight, stress, sleep, steps, training, BM, habits, bf %, measurements, etc.

A retention rate of 60% of new clients received per month is maintained

Client satisfaction feedback maintains > 8/10

Employee remains well-versed in the latest service offerings through continued education/training

There is an effective line of communication among the team in which all necessary information is communicated promptly

All internal communication cycles are properly followed

REQUIREMENTS:

High-energy interactions that will motivate and inspire clients

Excellent communicator over the phone and in person

Experience with successful client transformations

Must be great at presenting programs to clients to guarantee buy in

Open to learning new processes

Are routine driven

Open to growing rapidly

Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time

Well-organized and able to maintain a schedule of clients that can be observed and understood by management

LOCATION:

Must relocate to, or be living near, Redwood City

SALARY:

$30 - $70/hour for training clients + opportunities for additional hours
