Job Title: Co-Founding Full Stack Software Engineer / Co-Founder

Compensation: Equity-Based until Revenue/Capital is available

Location: Bay Area, CA or U.S

Role Description:

Seeking a passionate and visionary Co-Founder, to build a startup shaping new software technology, culture, and company. As a co-founder, you will have a role in developing a platform, assembling the team, and helping to present to investors. Candidate should have positive outlook about accomplishing and building extraordinary products and willing to commit to a startup venture with potential.

The mission is to be bringing solutions, solving massive pain points, enabling greater efficiency and developing essential solutions for people. The vision is to create a successful Platform with in-demand solutions that enables greater efficiency for consumers and companies and solves pain points for people. The project aims to develop new products, a user-friendly a platform and an AI-assistant that fully understands people’s needs, and provides intelligence and insights for businesses. Platform will be available on mobile, compilers/IDEs, and web.

Key Responsibilities Including but Not Limited To:

1. Strategic Planning:

-Collaborate with the co-founder to define the company's vision, mission, and strategic direction.

-Develop and implement the technical roadmap aligned with business goals.

2. Product Development:

- Assist and Lead the design and development of the platform, new products, and new solutions.

- Manage processes, development, including architecture, infrastructure, and scaling.

3. Investor Relations:

- Assist in presenting to investors, articulating the technical vision and viable demand of the product.

4. Market Expansion:

- Determine opportunities to expand the platform into consumer and markets.

5. Organization and Prioritizing:

- As co-founder, being a problem solver is essential, such as organizing clearly, coding, strategic planning, fundraising, leadership, and Prioritizing tasks based on the startup goals and needs.

Key Tasks:

1. Hands-On Development: Be prepared to code, review code, and debug errors.

2. Strategic Contribution: Align coding efforts with business goals and market demands.

3. Adaptability: Be ready to learn new code and pivot as needed.

4. Technical Leadership: Set the technical direction and standards for the company.

5. Startup Mindset: Focus on in-demand solutions, revenue and profit.

Qualifications - Not Required:

1. Experience in Python / Java / Full Stack Development / AI/ML

2. Experience in AI research, development, or engineering.

3. Understanding of the industry and trends.

4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

5. A passion for innovation and a drive to make a significant solution.

Compensation:

1. Equity Ownership: Significant and generous equity stake in the company, reflecting the role as a co-founder. This is an equity-based position until we generate revenue or raise capital. Candidate should be able to support themselves until we accomplish revenue or capital funding in about 4 months or less time.
