Real Estate Assistant / Sales Associate – The Bouffier Group

The Bouffier Group is a fast-growing real estate brokerage specializing in residential and commercial sales, with additional experience in leasing and property management. We’re looking for a driven Sales Associate to join our team and help us scale.

Responsibilities:

Prospect, cold-call, and set appointments with potential clients

Track and manage leads, transactions, and timelines

Support marketing, property showings, and client communications

Qualifications:

California real estate license preferred (not required)

Minimum 2 years of proven sales or business development experience

Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills

Compensation:

Hourly base pay (minimum wage) + performance bonuses, commission split(if licensed).
