Sparknify is seeking a Donor Relations Manager to develop and expand partnerships with tech companies and traditional businesses, securing sponsorships for our festivals and events. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, self-driven professional with experience in event sponsorships, sales, and brand partnerships.

This is a contract position with flexible hours and all commission structure, making it a great opportunity for those with strong networking skills and a passion for business development in the event and marketing space.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Identify and secure corporate sponsorships from tech companies, startups, and traditional businesses.

✅ Develop and manage a portfolio of sponsors, building long-term relationships to ensure continued engagement.

✅ Create compelling sponsorship proposals and pitch decks that align with each brand’s marketing goals.

✅ Coordinate donor engagement, including pre-event communications, branding opportunities, and VIP experiences.

✅ Collaborate with the marketing and event teams to ensure seamless sponsor integration into festival activities.

✅ Research industry trends to identify new opportunities and develop innovative sponsorship packages.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

️ Proven experience in securing sponsorships for events, festivals, or marketing campaigns.

️ Strong background in sales, business development, or vendor partnerships for large-scale events.

️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to tailor pitches to different industries.

️ Existing connections in the tech, startup, and corporate world are a major plus.

️ Ability to work independently and meet sponsorship targets in a commission-driven environment.

️ Passion for technology, innovation, and event marketing is a bonus!
