Flower & Gift Boutique Sales Associate

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Flower & Gift Boutique Sales Associate to join our team. This full-time position is ideal for someone with experience in floral design, retail sales, or the hotel industry who enjoys creating beautiful floral arrangements and delivering exceptional customer service.

As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their floral and gift selections, manage the sales floor, handle transactions, and maintain a visually appealing shop environment. Additionally, you will create floral arrangements for guests at the hotel, and training will be provided to ensure our high standards are met.

Responsibilities:

-Assist customers in selecting and purchasing floral arrangements and gifts.

-Create floral arrangements according to guest orders at the Fairmont Hotel.

-Price merchandise, maintain inventory, and ensure the sales floor is well-organized and attractive.

-Handle transactions, including accepting payments and providing change.

-Uphold a commitment to excellent customer service and luxury.

Qualifications & Experience:

-Ability to work an 8-hour shift

-Reliable transportation.

-Minimum 3 years of floral design experience (Required).

-Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience (Required).

-Minimum 2 years of merchandising experience (Preferred).

Pay: $20 per hour
