Key responsibilities:

- Conducting regular inspections and audits of incoming and outgoing goods to ensure they meet quality standards.

- Inspecting packaging, labeling, and documentation accuracy.

- Identifying and resolving quality-related issues or discrepancies.

- Documenting and reporting quality control findings.

- Collaborating with the warehouse team to implement corrective actions and process improvements.

Required qualifications and skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in quality control or warehouse management are a plus.

- Prior experience in warehouse operations or quality control.

- Knowledge of quality control principles, procedures, and best practices.

- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

- Familiarity with relevant software or tools used for quality control.

Job Summary:

Incompatibles Inc is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team in our Petaluma, CA location. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for the safe and timely movement of product within the warehouse, and across the country. This position will also be responsible for picking orders, and preparing them for delivery.

Essential Duties:

Ensure all product is picked and shipped in a timely manner.

Move product across the warehouse floor, and into the correct areas of the warehouse.

Ensure all product is put away in a timely manner.

Prepare all orders for delivery, including inspecting the order for accuracy, verifying delivery details, and packing it for delivery.

Verify all orders are packed correctly, before adding them to the delivery truck.

Verify all products are removed from trucks during off hours.

Communicate with customers regarding order status, and assist them if needed.

Other duties as assigned by manager.

Required Skills:

·Warehouse experience preferred, but not required.

·Strong customer service skills – friendly demeanor with customers and co-workers.

·Good verbal communication skills – ability to clearly communicate with customers and co-workers.

·Good computer skills – must be able to read a tape measure accurately, count packages of product accurately, perform basic math calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) as well as some computer skills (copy and paste).

·Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods of time at a desk or workstation, walk up to 10 feet in a facility environment, climb stairs as needed to move around the facility. Must be able to work in a cold environment (temperatures below 0°F). Work may require travel outside of normal day time hours. Must have reliable transportation to and from work sites.)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
