Job Title: Customer Service & Wholesale Warehouse Representative

Location: East Bay

Job Type: Full-time: Tuesday - Saturday

Customer Service Representative:

Assisting Customers: Providing assistance to customers regarding products, ser-vices, orders, and inquiries either in person, over the phone, or through digital channels.

Problem Solving: Resolving customer complaints, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Order Processing: Processing orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.

Team Collaboration: Collaborating with other team members to ensure seam-less customer service experiences.

Wholesale Warehouse Worker:

Inventory Management: Handling incoming and outgoing shipments, organizing inventory, and maintaining accurate records of stock levels.

Picking and Packing: Selecting items from inventory based on orders received and packing them securely for shipment or delivery.

Loading and Unloading: Loading and unloading merchandise from trucks, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.

Quality Control: Inspecting products for quality and accuracy before shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.

Operational Support: Assisting in various warehouse operations such facility cleanliness, and safety compliance.

Physical Stamina: Wholesale warehouse positions often involve physical tasks such as lifting and driving a forklift.
