Part time On Site Manager 17 unit property

We are a mid sized property management company looking for a part- time On Site Manager for a 17 unit property in Redwood City. This position is very part-time - 10 hours a week. Ideal candidate will have some property management experience and be fluent in Spanish. Job duties include:

Daily walk of property for trash and safety issues

Collect rent

Post tenant notices

Coordinate repairs for tenants

Help tenants with issues dealing with paying rent online, noise issues , parking issues etc.

Must be able to enforce the House Rules.
