Real Estate Field Runner/Project Manager

Busy Realtor in the East Bay is searching for Field Runner. Must willing to work on the weekends.

The duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

Help prepare to get the property ready for the market

Gathering keys from /to sellers/buyers.

Attaching/Removing lockboxes on listings.

Organizing storage unit for lockboxes, Supras, Open House signs, and small staging items.

Placing Open House signs around/in the neighborhood the morning of the Open House.

Removing Open House signs and placing them back in the storage unit after every Open House.

Help with staging/de-staging listings. Staging/design skill is a bonus

Help coordinate schedules for movers, stagers, and contractors and ensure the job is complete.

Help with Staging and Destaging when needed.

Deliver gifts to clients.

Prepare client events.

We are growing very quickly! So, we need a Field Runner who eventually will work full-time in a project manager role,
