Operations/Administrative Manager

We are a busy, growing moving/hauling/organizing business and need someone to oversee the day to day operations of the staff and equipment. We have 3 dumpsters, 2 trailers, 3 trucks, rent a warehouse where we keep supplies and vehicles.

You need the ability to manage constantly changing schedules, tracking costs from each job, which vehicles go to which projects, help to develop a smooth flowing system. 30-40 hours per week. We are in the process of getting a health insurance plan. Hours can be slightly flexible but mostly between 8:30-5:30 M-F. Looking for someone who has run the office of a business. You can work from home but need to be able to commute to our warehouse in northwest Santa Rosa as needed.
