Position: Local Campaign Canvasser

Location: San Francisco, CA

Hours: 10-20 hours per week

Pay Rate: $22-$25 per hour depending on experience

About the Position:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Campaign Canvassers. This is a paid position with part-time hours, ideal for those who are passionate about making a difference in their community. As a canvasser, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to local residents, engaging them in conversations about important issues, and encouraging them to support our campaign. This position is also a great opportunity to develop and hone communication and persuasion skills. and get involved in local politics.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct door-to-door canvassing in assigned neighborhoods.

Engage in meaningful conversations with community members about the campaign's goals and initiatives.

Distribute campaign literature and information to potential supporters.

Collect and record data on voter preferences and feedback.

Attend training sessions and team meetings as required.

Represent the campaign in a positive and professional manner.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Comfortable speaking with a diverse range of people.

Passionate about community engagement and making a positive impact.

Prior canvassing or campaign experience is not required.

Schedule & Compensation:

Flexible schedule with 10-20 hours of work per week.
