CNC Lathe Programmer / Operator

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Programmer/Operator to join our team. The

ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC

lathes for short- and medium-production runs while maintaining tight tolerances and

high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

 Program, set up, and operate CNC lathe machines

 Develop programs and perform setups for short and medium production runs

 Maintain tight tolerances and ensure part quality

 Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints

 Apply GD&T principles during machining and inspection

 Work collaboratively as part of a team

 Maintain excellent attendance and work ethic

Requirements:

 Minimum of 3 years CNC lathe programming and operating experience

 Strong understanding of tight-tolerance machining

 Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings/blueprints

 Knowledge and experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing

(GD&T)

 Good communication skills

 Team-oriented mindset
