Print Machine Operator

Participate in training program of print machinery setup specific to our line 3 operation.

Learn to place tooling, screens & squeegees on print machines. Adjust to proper specification with height color and registration on the bottle.

Continuously inspect bottles/ware for damage and conformity to specifications.

Repair screens as needed by taping or using emulsion to fix holes.

Scrape or remove thermoplastic ink from bottles with solvents and bottle cleaning equipment, while following all safety measures in place.
