Business Developer/ Marketing Intern

This is an onsite job. No remote.

Responsibilities:

Research and identify property managers, HOA boards, and decision-makers in the landscaping industry.

Reach out to prospects via email, newsletters, and phone to introduce our services and build relationships.

Attend local events, trade shows, and meetings to represent our company and connect with property managers.

Assist in creating and managing marketing materials, including newsletters and promotional content.

Maintain and update a large database of client and prospect information, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute creative marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (recent grads welcome to apply).

Strong research skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; familiarity with email marketing tools is a plus.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Outgoing and comfortable engaging with people in person at events and meetings.
