Marketing / Brand Evangelist

The Brand Evangelist role supports and grows REDYPER’s community and footprint by engaging with our customers as well as birthing and children’s industry professionals throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. This role will be highly rewarding to somebody who is excited to architect a plan, engage with customers, and take ownership of their role.

As Brand Evangelist, you will support REDYPER in achieving its mission of responsible diapering and the elimination of baby diapers from landfill sites. This will be done by connecting with current & future customers, retailers, and members of the infant and toddler industries to share your knowledge and experience about REDYPER and our environmental stewardship goals. Opportunities conferences and meetups, newsletters, social media, and beyond.

This role is an individual contributor role, leading the strategy and execution of evangelism for REDYPER. This person will report to REDYPER’s Managing Partners.

Great candidates should be excited to brainstorm and develop strategies and content, to prepare and present talks at events, and meetups, to directly engage potential customers, and support responsible diapering practices. Experience with child care is a big plus!

RESPONSABILITIES

Lead REDYPER’s in-person marketing efforts.

Create engaging content, including educational talks, demos, and videos, that educate consumers.

Source and conduct interviews with media via phone, podcasts, video, and in-person

REQUIREMENTS

Experience giving talks and developing demos, workshops, webinars, videos.

Meaningful social presence with engaged followers;

Self-directed and work with minimal supervision;

Outstanding written and verbal communications skills with the ability to translate complex technology concepts

into simple and intuitive communications;

This is a year-round position - NOT SEASONAL

Starting salary: $25.00/hour
