Paralegal/Law Clerk/Law Student for Small Civil Litigation Firm

Duties include, but not limited to:

Client interviews

Propounding and responding to discovery (Form Interrogatories, Special Interrogatories, etc)

Assistance with trial preparation

Assistance with deposition preparation

Legal writing and research

Legal research and assistance with drafting motions

Flexible hours, M to F. No weekends.
