Hiring for Maintenance Staff.

Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt

Job Purpose: Ensures operation, safety and repair of facilities. Provides a clean, safe enjoyable environment for members and staff.

Ensures interior and exterior appearance by daily inspections, repairs and cleaning.

Inspect and weed all areas of landscaping with particular attention given to planters and hillsides. Watering of all planters including the planters on the pool deck and tennis deck.

Assist with special projects including but not limited to repairing deck furniture, cleaning drains, painting, moving furniture, cleaning pools and landscaping. Performs special tasks by being flexible and accessible.

Property Maintenance Experience Preferred.

Physical Demands of Position:

Standing and walking 95% of shift. Lifting items 5-51 pounds during daily routine. Ladder climbing. Stairs up and down. Bending, stooping, stretching, kneeling, twisting, turning, gripping and grasping. Exposure to weather conditions. Repetitive arm and shoulder use. Wrist (right or left) for tool use. Exposure to chemicals, inhalation and skin contact. Pushing and pulling. See hear, smell, talk. Basic math and writing skills.
