Handyman / Construction Runner

Responsibilities

Handle small repairs and punch-list items on job sites

Work across all trades: electrical, plumbing, tile, drywall, paint, roofing, carpentry

Visit ongoing projects, check progress, and send pictures/videos to the office

Support the project managers with daily tasks

Go to the showroom when needed:

Open and close the showroom

Stay on-site until instructed

Assist customers and coordinate with office

Pick up materials and deliver to job sites

Assist with job-site cleanup and prep

Be the right hand for the office/showroom team

Handle any small construction tasks as needed

Requirements

Experience in general construction

Knowledge in multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, tile, roofing, framing)

Must have a valid driver’s license

Reliable vehicle preferred

Ability to take clear photos/videos for progress reports

Responsible, punctual, respectful, and professional

Able to work independently and follow instructions

Good communication skills

Go to sales as needed with confirm customer for small project

Pay

pay based on experience
