Step Van / UPS Truck Body Repair Tech – Side Gig / As-Needed Work

We’re looking for an experienced commercial truck body repair tech who can handle UPS-style step vans (Freightliner/Morgan Olson).

This is perfect as a side job for someone already working full-time in body repair.

We call you as needed, and you work off-hours or weekends when it fits your schedule.

What the Work Involves

Repairing dents, wall damage, corners, skirts, and light collision damage

Aluminum bodywork, rivet systems, panel replacement

Clean, efficient repairs on delivery-style vans & food trucks

Independent work — no hand-holding

Glass replacement

What We’re Looking For

Expert-level experience with commercial/step-van bodywork

You must have your own tools

Able to diagnose & complete repairs efficiently

Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented

Prefer experience with UPS/FedEx/Amazon-style fleet vehicles
