Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Applicator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying various treatments and solutions to home and commercial structures. This role requires a strong understanding of termite control methods and machinery. The Applicator will play a crucial role in ensuring the structure of our clients homes are termite free.

Responsibilities:

Apply pesticides/termiticides according to safety regulations and company standards.

Drive to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival and completion of tasks.

Maintain accurate records of applications performed, including types of products used and areas treated. Collaborate with the sales team to provide recommendations for services based on client needs. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and cleaned after use. Adhere to all safety protocols while working with chemicals and machinery.

Experience:

Previous experience in termite control is preferred.

Familiarity with machinery, hand tools, and power tools is essential.

A background in customer service can be beneficial for client interactions.

Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various outdoor environments.
