Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the construction crew.

Ensure all safety regulations are followed and maintain a safe work environment.

Manage scheduling, material deliveries, and equipment on-site.

Collaborate with owner to ensure timely completion of tasks within budget.

Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards.

Qualifications:

5 + years of construction experience, 2 yrs in leadership role are a plus.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to read blueprints.

Must have your own basic tools and a clean driving record as a company truck is available.

Pay based on level of experience.
