Looking for a mother’s helper / nanny

About Us:

We’re a family of five, with both parents working demanding jobs and three adorable children, smallest of them being 4 months old. We need a little bit of assistance at home with the household and the kiddos.

We’d like this to be a long-term relationship where you can provide us with extra time that we really need, and potentially this could evolve to full-time.

We’re located in Glen Park area of San Francisco, 7 minutes from the BART.

Requirements:

- Responsible and organized person

- Some experience with babysitting

- One of the parents speaks Spanish, so English is not mandatory, but would be nice.

- Bonus: driver’s license

Scope of work:

- Monday to Friday from 3:30-6:30pm

- Available to start ASAP.

- Depending on a few factors, it might evolve into a full-time position in January, if both sides want it.

- Occasionally, evening babysitting

Duties would include:

- On some days, the parents will be with the baby, and the main duty will be around the household:

- Laundry folding

- Dishes (we have a dishwasher)

- Minor kitchen cleaning - countertops, stove, throwing away trash

- Light cleaning in rooms (vacuum, organize)

- Bonus — preparing simple food for kids (e.g. pasta, peas)

- On some days, you will be taking care of the baby. On those days, there will be no expectation for the household duties to be done, though if there’s time when the baby is sleeping, it would be nice :)

Compensation:

$20/hour
