Maintenance Technicians, Handymen, and Skilled Tradesmen Wanted!

West Coast Property Maintenance Company (http://wcpm.com/maintenance) provides general maintenance, handyman, apartment turnover for property owners and property managers throughout the San Francisco area. We have immediate openings for highly-motivated and qualified team members who are capable of performing a variety of maintenance and/or construction-related tasks.

Qualifications:

- Experience in residential maintenance or related field is preferred but not required

- Must be personable and trustworthy, and be able to communicate and interact with residents and property owners

- Must have own tools in safe and working order

- Must be able to document work done and complete work orders

- Must work well independently and with other team members

- Most work is within San Francisco. Hours are generally 8am-5pm, M-F.
