Window Cleaner/Utility Persons

Our team has vacancies for Window Cleaners to work in the West Contra Costa and East Contra Costa County’s areas. Full Time.

Skills and Qualifications

The job entails washing windows, utilizing both the conventional window washing method and the Tucker Pole method.

Must be able to climb ladders for multi-story work

Able to operate a power washer

Be able to follow instructions

Perform minor repairs

Pick up trash and haul it to designated dumpsites

Valid California Driver’s License

Good Communication skills

Ability to lift and move at least 50 Lbs.

Excellent time management skills

Requirements

CDL or equivalent/pass a Background screening

MUST HAVE A clean DMV record is required

High School Diploma (Preferred)

Ability to manage time efficiently

Must be reliable

Work well without supervision

Must be 18 years or older

Able to communicate in ENGLISH

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE in Commercial Buildings
