Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring utmost satisfaction for clients

Educate clients about our range of services, offering comprehensive information and guidance

Facilitate the enrollment process for customers, guiding them through each step with clarity and efficiency

Handle customer concerns and complaints with professionalism, striving to resolve issues promptly and courteously

Maintain meticulous records of interactions and transactions to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Requirements:

Proficiency in English (proficiency in a second language is highly valued!)

Demonstrated strength in customer service, coupled with excellent communication skills

Ability to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions effectively

Authorization to work in the United States
