Cleaner/Maintenance Technician I (Vista Woods)

WinnCompanies is looking for a dependable Cleaner/Maintenance Technician I to join our team at Vista Woods, a 179-unit residential community located in Pinole, CA.

In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning, groundskeeping, and basic apartment maintenance functions to ensure the appearance and physical condition of the property is maintained to ownership and management expectations.

Please note that the pay rate for this position is $20.00 per hour. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
